Large windows and clean lines enhance the spacious feel of this modern show unit. Consisting of 3 floors, a basement and an attic, this show unit uses a light color palette to ensure the interior would remain light and airy. The color of the marble flooring and timber strips gives the spaces a warm feel. Abstract art pieces give life to the pure white walls making the overall space more dynamic with a distinctive charm.
The living area maximizes the light thru the full height glass windows and doors creating a light-feel space. This concept flows to the dining and kitchen area. A large island unit was designed to double up as a dining table while the built-in cabinetry provides plenty of storage, helping to eliminate clutter.
The master bedroom sits quietly on the second story. The master bathroom uses bold colors and materials to complement the cozy and warm feel of the bedroom. Rich colors fill the atmosphere on the third story where the children room is located. Clever use of wallpaper and carpets with sharp colors brighten up the room.
The attic is converted into a guest room that leads into a balcony. The bed platform is conveniently raised to take advantage of the beautiful view and cooling breeze from the exterior.
